We have had the pleasure of consulting with Tim on several occasions all of them mutually beneficial to our needs. Tim is a professional and forward thinker who is willing to listen and adapt to circumstances in the market to achieve the most positive outcome possible. We are confident to recommend his knowledge and expertise to anyone, and look forward future prospects.
Tim was very personable and made the passage of our purchase of land smooth and efficient. He negotiated for us on the final sale price and we were pleased with the outcome.
Tim has a friendly and helpful approach and is a pleasure to deal with. My purchase was a remote one which presented some difficulties, so I had to rely on technology and local feedback. In this regard I would have welcomed more regular updates/contact, to give me confidence that all was proceeding to plan. Tim met me at the property with a gift on settlement, which was a nice touch. Thank you again Tim.
Tim has done a pretty good job in helping both the vendor and us (the buyers) to reach an agreement timingly. He's done beyond and above. Appreciate his dedications and professionalism.
Tim was easy to communicate with, had a good knowledge of the area, got a result we were happy with.
I found Tim to be extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. He was in no way pushy to get the sale, and was understanding and caring to my circumstances. Kept me very well informed. An asset to Buxton.
Tim is one of the pleasant and genuine agent I have ever worked with for purchasing a property. Had a really good chitchatting with Tim during the inpsection for the potential growth of the property as well as the surrounding suburb.
Tim was efficient and professional when helping me buy my property. He was easy to deal with and made the purchase run seamlessly.
I purchased No. 7 Eyre Street on behalf of the Aboriginal Literacy Foundation from Tim Veal. I happened to be driving by when he was closing up having had the house open for inspection. He very kindly showed me over again and it was obvious to me that this place would be perfect for our new Ballarat Office. The one hitch was that the price of $475,000.00 was too steep for the ALF, and as a charity we're not allowed to borrow money or get a mortgage. Tim was able to negotiate the price of $425000.00 which was within our range. I was grateful for his help in this matter and also in his speedy completion of the sale. He also was helpful in the sensitive matter of keeping publicity to a minimum. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim as an excellent Agent and one who puts the client first.
I felt Tim was able to get the best result and price for both his vendor and for me as a buyer. He maintained reason throughout negotiations and communication throughout the process was great. I found he was honest about the expectations regarding the property from the beginning.
Tim always presented himself in a highly professional manner. He kept us updated with all that was happening from potential buyers. His knowledge and experience in his field we found to be exceptional. We highly recommend Tim as your real estate agent.
