Good professionalism

I purchased No. 7 Eyre Street on behalf of the Aboriginal Literacy Foundation from Tim Veal. I happened to be driving by when he was closing up having had the house open for inspection. He very kindly showed me over again and it was obvious to me that this place would be perfect for our new Ballarat Office. The one hitch was that the price of $475,000.00 was too steep for the ALF, and as a charity we're not allowed to borrow money or get a mortgage. Tim was able to negotiate the price of $425000.00 which was within our range. I was grateful for his help in this matter and also in his speedy completion of the sale. He also was helpful in the sensitive matter of keeping publicity to a minimum. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim as an excellent Agent and one who puts the client first.
