I am a recent arrival to Australia and although an experienced property owner/buyer in the UK, to be a "first time buyer" in Australia has been a daunting experience. After several false starts, we viewed a property being sold by Tim and can only thank him for, while obviously having his clients - the vendors - interests to protect, was more than helpful with his advice and suggestions as to how to proceed. He introduced us to local professionals to help put our bid together and worked to put together a deal that was in everyone's interests. I found Tim to be friendly, approachable and most of all professional to deal with. I did not feel the situation was in any way adversarial - Tim helped made everyone'e expectations align in a fair way as far as I am concerned.
