I am a recent arrival to Australia and although an experienced property owner/buyer in the UK, to be a "first time buyer" in Australia has been a daunting experience. After several false starts, we viewed a property being sold by Tim and can only thank him for, while obviously having his clients - the vendors - interests to protect, was more than helpful with his advice and suggestions as to how to proceed. He introduced us to local professionals to help put our bid together and worked to put together a deal that was in everyone's interests. I found Tim to be friendly, approachable and most of all professional to deal with. I did not feel the situation was in any way adversarial - Tim helped made everyone'e expectations align in a fair way as far as I am concerned. I would trust him to look after me in the future as my own appointed Real Estate Agent.

Tim is an outstanding agent. Although he represented the Vendor, he helped negotiate a very fair outcome for both parties in my opinion. No doubt, this was due to his in-depth knowledge of the market, as well as his intuitive ability to bring two parties together for a mutually beneficial outcome. He has continued to support us post-negotiation even though there was no need for him to do so. I would thoroughly recommend him and would also use his services to sell a property if I needed to.

I purchased a property but most of the hard work was done by my excellent conveyancer. Tim's concerns were only with the vendor. None of the repair work was done at settlement, which meant I had to withhold $5000. Buxton told me the tenant was long-term. Turns out he was a Buxton employee. As soon as the property settled, the tenant put in their notice. From this I conclude that Buxton's is duplicitous and will do one over on you the moment your back is turned,

Tim was very helpful throughout the entire sale process. Whilst some agents may switch off once the sale was complete, Tim continued to be helpful in connecting us with the vendor and helping us with information about the property post sale during the settlement period and beyond.
