Tim was very good with the sale of the property that we had him to sell for us. He had buyers lined up as soon as the property hit the market and we had offers within the first week.
Tim made sure that I was fully involved in the entire process and worked with me to get the best result possible. Wouldn’t go to anyone else, thanks Tim.
Tim has been exceptional throughout our home buying journey. We found ourselves up against a lot more hurdles than expected, but Tim remained very patient and understanding, and has been fantastic to work with. We are very new to the world of home buying, but Tim’s knowledge, experience, and easy-going demeanour has made a challenging process as smooth as possible. We would highly recommend Tim to anyone starting out on their home buying journey.
Tim has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. This is the second property I have sold through him and will always go back! He made everything easy, was very understanding and made sure we were happy every step of the way.
We found Tim to be very understanding and helpfull in lots of ways.
Tim was exceptionally knowledgeable, responsive and professional. I would highly recommend both him and Adreana. The entire selling experience could not have been easier.
Tim was excellent to work with. He was professional, a great communicator and reliable. Tim frequently kept us up to date with how things were going and was happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how trivial. We also asked Tim's advice on advertising and staging and believe his recommendations helped us get a fair price for our property. Overall a very positive experience.
Thorough in following up potential sales and in providing regular updates of sales enquiries and progress. Highly recommend.
Tim was very easy to deal with . The time that we saw the house that we really want to buy , he booked right away the property for viewing and we close the deal on the same day as well ! Will absolutely want to transact with him if we’re going to buy another property and will recommend as well to my family, friends and whoever can read this .
Would highly recommend Tim, he was always on time, kept us updated and very reliable. I would have no hesitation in using him again for a future property.
