Recently i was able to sell a property with Tim and Buxton. This was my first time through the process as a seller. Tim was always responsive and was able to answer any question i had. He kept me informed throughout the process as offers were received and i was satisfied with the sale.

Tim began with the correct appraisal of the value of the home. Open home were conducted every Saturday except for Christmas Day, of course, and sometimes there were other opens during the week. Individual people / groups were shown around as well. Tim contacted us after each inspection and open and told us his thoughts on who may be prospective buyers. Although it took a little longer than we were hoping, the property sold with a cash buyer, unconditionally and with only 1 month until settlement. I would recommend Tim as a trustworthy professional real estate agent.
