We were regularly kept informed throughout the sales process and once it went to market it was promoted well with regular open homes. Tim demonstrated excellent negotiating skills achieving a sale well within our target range and expectations. I highly recommend Tim to friends and family. I would definitely use Tim again. Being inter state investors Tim made the process very easy as we needed to get some maintenance items done for the sale and Tim managed this process very well for us.
