I was a little hesitant, but after letting him talk for a while, I felt that he knew what he was talking about. I laughed out loud when he promised me he could sell my house in 8 weeks, but then thought ‘What have I got to lose?’. True to his word, Tim had sold my house less than 8 weeks later, for more than the asking price! This agent is one of the best. He updated us in detail after every open home, gave us regular reports and followed up every interested buyer like a bloodhound. Tim recently sold my investment unit in Pacific Pines Qld. I live in WA and follow the Eagles xx The marketing and sale of the property was managed with ease by Tim who calmed new Property Managers and tennants of 9 yrs. Despite the distance Tim kept wonderful communication with all aspects of the sale. Tim was able to utilise his problem solving skils and networking when I ended up in hospital following a dog attack. Tims calls were of genuine concern for my wellbeing rather than purely a sale xx thanks Tim xx Tims knowledge of Perth suburbs expanded when I was moved to our major trauma hospital in central Perth for surgery. I'm so glad Tim's positive marketing letter arrived in my letterbox as I don't have understanding of Qld real estate agents. Excellent Agent and Good Friend I have known Tim for 25years so when it came time to sell my Gold Coast Investment property I called him in to get some advice as to how I could maximise the sale price. Tim organised the lot. New Carpet, Brickies for repairs. Contacted the next door body corp for a termite mound to be removed from their tree that was near the boundary fence. He persisted with and sold the property not once but twice. Both times at a price that more than exceeded our expectations. His communication was excellent throughout the process and he travelled to Brisbane of an evening to get all the paperwork sorted for us.
