I don't like Real Estate agents... I work in sales and am distrusting of anyone in a similar role and so we 'interviewed' many agents before we settled on Tim from LJ Hooker. We employed Tim after calling in a couple of local agents. Tim hit the ground running and was always available to us. He worked the sale of our property around our busy lifestyle and though it may have taken longer than we all wanted, Tim never let up, Securing a sale on our home for a price that we were happy with. We met Tim at an open for inspection that he was preforming. We tried to purchase this home and were unsuccessful however we were so impressed with the way Tim conducted himself and the work he did for that owner we asked him to sell our home. Tim walked us through all the details and even with the delay for the new carpet to arrive, Tim exceeded our expectations. Photos were done one the Monday our home was on the internet on the Tuesday and Tim preformed a twilight Inspection on the Wednesday. We had 16 groups through and 5 offers that night. We never wanted to sell but things changed quickly and Tim guided us and kept us at ease. He looked after our animals during inspections and open houses and took all stress out of our busy lives. It was a very easy an enjoyable experience for all involved even to the point of 10:00 PM contract signings to fit in with our schedules. Nothing was to hard and it was never too late to discuss things and get things sorted.

Mr Wolff was the real estate agent selling the rental I was renting. He was more than helpful, furthermore any issues or question I may have had I found him always willing to help. Thank Goodness for Tim. Trying to buy a property for your parents is no easy feat. Tim made it all so simple.
