Selling an Investment property on the Gold Coast from WA is no easy fete and requires a high level of trust in the agent you employ to undertake this task. What can I say no rush or pressure to buy and no trouble to review each house again. It started out with us ring from Sydney and Tim had 5 houses to look at in our price range and one we fell in love with and Tim worked with us to get the house at the price we want to pay .Tim went well above and beyond for us to buy this house from another state and also was able for us to buy some furniture from the owners Tim is a person that I would go back too ,to sell or buy again before anyone else
