AMAZING understanding of the complexity around the Gold Coast market. Everything Tina and her team predicted, expected and noted happened! Time on market, advertising, sale price etc. All exactly as predicted. No scary surprises or changes to price expectations. Sold quickly, as a seller I was thrilled with the management of multiple offers and was confident that the highest price was achieved while also treating prospective buyers respectfully.
