Firstly, a huge thanks to Tina and her wonderful team! We decided to interview some agents as we had some fairly clear goals for our property sale. From the moment we met Tina, we felt reassured and at ease. Always trust your pet's response too, as our Dog who is very protective of our home and our cat who runs away, were both coming for pets and very relaxed with her. This was the most seamless and pain free sale I have ever done. From the first open home we had 4 offers, then a contract, then a second contract the day after that one didn't happen. Tina is honest about pricing and gives honest feedback, also negotiates everything well. Other than a few emails to solicitors and being present at building and pest we literally had nothing to do (only perhaps the cleaning to present).
