I had the pleasure of dealing with Tina for the acquisition of our property in Hudson St Annandale, from the time we made the initial phone call to the time we signed the contract, Tina was always there to answer any question and was more than helpful on all aspects of the purchase. The reporting & contact we had through-out the campaign was way beyond my expectations. It was detailed, informative, fast, efficient. Nineteen actual registered bidders showed up for our auction - that was beyond our expectations. The marketing campaign went like clock work. Tina's attention to every detail was impressive and reassuring. I've sold 3 properties prior to working with Tina, and my only regret is that I didn't have Tina on board for the previous three. With Tina we sold well above our reserve price.
The process of selling your home is a massive undertaking, and one that takes a lot of energy, time and resolve. Choosing an agent adds another layer of complexity to that process. We were always of the opinion that agents must, at a minimum: (a) be experts in the specific suburb, and not just the "area"; (b) have runs on the board in the specific suburb; and (c) also have the EQ and soft skills to ensure the vendors are fully informed and enjoy the process. Perhaps most critically, they must also be trustworthy. We met with a number of agents, but Tina and Harry were an easy choice for us. During the sale process, they were always available, returned phone calls, never turned down a request, arranged a number of services for us, and generally conducted themselves the way agents should. They also impressed us with their local market knowledge and experience. Not only that, they were willing to negotiate on their commission rate and ended up being much more competitive than the other agents. The result? The complete package - Tina and Harry not only met all of our requirements, they far exceeded them, and the sale process was fantastic. We received some very competitive offers late in the campaign. In consultation with Tina and Harry, we did not accept those offers, which was not easy thing to do. Most importantly, we got well over our reserve price at auction. All in all, our experience with Tina and Harry was excellent, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to our friends and colleagues. Additionally, if we ever move back to the area and decide to sell again, we know where we will be going - Tina and Harry from Ray White Annandale.
From day one Tina was able to give us a comprehensive, effective plan to sell our unit. With Harry Psaradellis, Tina worked with us to present the unit beautifully. Tina was an absolute pleasure to deal with and did a great job on selling my property in Annandale prior to Auction. She and Harry work as a great team and went above and beyond on many levels. We had tried selling our property a couple of months earlier with another agent but ended up pulling it from the market due to a number of reasons. Tina was very friendly, proactive and willing to go "over and above".. She was very accommodating, especially to our requests for extra viewings outside the normal viewing hours, and was quick to come back with the vendor's responses to our queries. She was a very efficient "go-between"; even though we were the purchaser, we felt that we could trust her and that she had the best interests of both parties at heart ,and was very fair and honest throughout the negotiation process.
The process of selling our home was relatively stress free mainly due to Tina and Harry's professionalism. The team always made a point of communicating and were available to address any concerns we may have had during the campaign. We would not hesitate to recommend.
