Tina was very friendly, proactive and willing to go "over and above".. She was very accommodating, especially to our requests for extra viewings outside the normal viewing hours, and was quick to come back with the vendor's responses to our queries. She was a very efficient "go-between"; even though we were the purchaser, we felt that we could trust her and that she had the best interests of both parties at heart ,and was very fair and honest throughout the negotiation process.
