We really enjoyed our whole buying process working with Tobie. We were very excited to achieve one of our dreams to buy in the highlands but it truly was made even better to have an agent that we felt was extremely attentive to our needs and the vendors. Our finance took time and Tobie was very patient and also made sure we were well informed of the campaign in regard to vendor expectations and buyer feedback. Tobie organised multiple private inspections for us, liaised with the vendor on multiple occasions regarding more specific questions we had and ultimately negotiated a longer settlement and purchase plan that suited our requirements. I always found Tobie to be transparent, fair, very encouraging and informative. After looking in the area for over 18 months, I know that Tobie was easily the best agent I’ve dealt with in regard to communication. Always promptly responding on all platforms or actually the one to pick up the phone to me. It is very evident that Tobie cares for all parties involved in the sale. It was a wonderful experience and we are so glad that our purchasing journey finished with Tobie. Where other agents live up to the bad rap plaguing real estate - Tobie was refreshingly the opposite and overall gave us an amazing buyer experience that we will remember fondly. I would definitely recommend using Tobie as an agent. Tobie not only excels at her job, even better… she is a lovely person.
