Our search for a house began with Todd many months ago. Unfortunately the houses listed just weren’t for us and Todd never made us feel pressured into buying something that wasn’t right. Personally I liked that Todd remembered the little details like finding a place for a drum kit and having an area fit for our dog and with future potential for renovations. When we looked at houses that were out of our price range Todd never tried to get us to stretch our budget which was a welcome change and really appreciated. I felt that Todd had a real authentic care for us as people and not just potential buyers. His transparency, honesty and warm demeanour are all attributes which made us very happy to buy through him in the end. Could not recommend him high enough.
