Todd was absolutely brilliant during our property transaction. As we were interstate, Todd was always approachable and kept in contact with us - which gave us the surety that everything was on-track. Given our location issues, Todd used various channels to keep in-touch (including facetime) so we always felt up-to-date. Todd was enthusiastic and supportive throughout the whole process, from initial discussions to the auction. He put many hours into contacting possible buyers and assisted in organising the cleanup of the empty house a short amount of time. Todd supported the seller who has mental health problems and at no stage made him feel uncomfortable. He also became interested in the history of the house and enjoyed the information of its history that came from many sources during open houses and from online media. Nothing was too much trouble for Todd.
