He was able to negotiate with a buyer and even though I was ready to accept he asked me to hold out and achieved a significant chunk more then what was expected. Todd will work for you not the buyer , knows the local area and is a down right good bloke.

I chose Todd to sell my house after having been listed with a another agent for six months and having a sale fall through after two months of waiting. Todd provided me with regular, relevant market information, as well as thorough feedback after inspections and opens, and follow-ups with prospective buyers. It was a particularly stressful time for me and Todd and his lovely staff were always very caring and responsive to this. I suspect Todd would have liked a bit more time to try and get me a higher sale price but unfortunately this wasn't an option.
