Todd Buckland

I enjoyed dealing with Todd, and as stated above it was pretty clear that the property was keenly contested in a market which was depleted of quality stock. We felt good about our purchase and continue to enjoy it. Bruns will continue to appreciate as a town, as it's value will rise due to the quality of businesses that are moving in or improving: Fleet, The Bruns Picture House, new Marina etc. However, and here's the but...the article which publicised the "record price" was somewhat embarrassing when several friends contacted us implying we paid too much (as recently as two weeks ago), and it (the sale price) became the talk of the town. I think the firm's success could have been promoted in other ways, rather than saying you sold something on the western side of Tweed St at a record price. Maybe a focus on the town and its uniqueness instead of the record price headline. My 2c worth.
