When Todd valued the property I thought his valuation was inflated to win my business. I don’t deal well with sales pitches and sales pressure. I quickly learnt that Todd is a straight down the line, no fuss and no B.S. type of agent which I really liked and his valuation and knowledge of the current market was spot on. He only contacted me when he needed to but always kept me in the loop. An offer, asking price, was accepted within the first week which confirmed Todd’s expertise and knowledge was excellent. Very happy with Todd and the result.

Todd provided a honest outlook on the sale and was very easy to communicate with from start to end with fast call backs as this was our main line of communication due to being out of area.
