Being somewhat sceptical of selling agents in general, and not a fan of ‘hard sell’ techniques, we were really impressed with Todd’s natural and practical approach to selling our house. He gave us honest feedback- not always what you want to hear, but necessary. While he gave advice on marketing, he never discouraged us away from our own views on price, which was unlike other agents we had spoken to. While COVID hindered our campaign, Todd always marketed the property professionally and in our best interest . Ultimately any shift in price was our own initiative, which gave us ownership of, and responsibility for, the eventual accepted price.
