Todd Mason handled the sale of our property with complete professionalism. He kept us informed of the progress, was always cheerful and, most importantly, achieved a sale price we were very happy with. Todd helped make what can be a daunting process as painless as possible and left us with no doubt we had chosen the right agent. Thanks Todd, it was a pleasure to do business with you, Lyn
Todd Mason was very professional in the way he went about the sale. We had a great overall experience with Todd.
Todd worked very hard to sell our property during the difficult demands of Covid and a challenging market. He went above and beyond for us get a great result.
My mother's house went on the market when Covid 19 lock down began so it was a particularly difficult time. We could have withdrawn the house and waited until later but Todd's knowledge of the New Lambton market and likely buyers for our price range was invaluable for us to make the right decision and go ahead. He had a wide range of strategies and we were able to discuss the best options. He arranged excellent photography and a large spread in the Newcastle Morning Herald. In particular I was impressed with the way he worked very hard staying in contact with potential buyers and identifying their particular needs and interests. Not only did we sell for a good price but we sold to someone who wants to keep this gracious old home intact - which is exactly what my mother wanted.
We would highly recommend Todd if you are looking to sell your property. His professionalism, experience and efficiency was exceptional in the sale of our property. We are very happy with the result and the process. Thankyou again Todd!
Todd has great knowledge of the New Lambton market. He was always available to speak to which was very helpful as we navigated selling during an unprecedented pandemic.
Todd always communicated , is a leader in the New Lambton area and knows his product well. We have used Todd on 2 occasions to sell our properties and would not hesitate to do it again
Todd knowledge and experience with the real estate market was excellent. He communicated weekly before and after open house. I found Todd to be extremely helpful and would recommend Todd to anyone wanting to sell their property.
With choosing to move to Tasmania, I needed to sell my home quickly. Todd did that by great marketing and my house sold on the first open home. I can’t thank him enough. He helped prepare this without any stress and got the job done.
Todd was able to identify the target market and similar sales to give us a great indication of price range. Throughout the process he kept us well informed and up to date. He was very considerate of our personal circumstances and guided us all the way through to settlement. We ultimately achieved a sale at the top of the nominated price range. I would recommend Todd to anyone.
Todd is a specialist with deep knowledge and history in this area. With a clear and well executed marketing plan and a tireless work ethic, Todd provides an exceptional outcome when selling.
This is the second house I've sold with Todd and McGrath's. I, once again, found Todd to be dilligent, focused and knowledgeable. His experience and expertise show. Thank you once again.
