Selling my house

My market timing wasn't perfect and we went in priced too high given the circumstances that were about to unfold, but that's the benefit of hindsight. To Todds credit, he worked tirelessly to make a sale, it was hard work with few buyers in the market around election time. Despite that, Todd held many open homes and was always available when needed. His ability to make the sale once a buyer was found was fast and effortless on my behalf. It was all done in exceptional time, next time I sell a property the agent will have high standards to meet based on Todd's great closing skills!
