I first Met Todd at an open home. On arrival he informed me that the property was already sold but he still spent well over half an hour with me discussing my needs and the unit I had to sell. It was based solely on this first meeting that I decided to go with him to sell my property and this was definitely the best decision I could have made. I had some unusual requests with the sale of my unit and Todd listened and understood my needs. Nothing was too hard or too unusual and he welcomed the challenge. Todd listed the above prooperty in Jan and had an offer on 17th March. I was confronted with two years of negative attitutide from two other agents who's only solution to place more advertising. We spent over $5000.00 with not even an offer on paper. I had very little feed back either negative or positive. I felt the house was put on the market via RE.com and just left for someone to make contact. Open house was only .5hr. Todd is what I call a worker, he replied to calls and emails promptly, open house was 1.5hrs, he was always positive and happy to do the job.
