We would like to thank Todd Russell for all the hard work he put into selling our apartment. The service we received was incredible as he always kept in contact and went the extra mile on numerous occasions. He was very helpful and always kept us updated on a weekly basis. We have not received customer service anything like what Todd provided during/after our sale. Todd and the friendly team at Mr Real Estate always made us feel important. I don’t think we would experience the customer service we received from Mr Real Estate anywhere else! My partner and I would highly recommend Todd and anyone from MR Real Estate that is wanting to sell or buy a property.

Realizing that Todd was unable to help me out at the time due to injury, Emily certainly looked after me during the purchase of this property. She was very bright, friendly, thorough and professional and was available for any questioning or queries that I may have had during the process. Emily seems very keen to please and is understanding of breathing space. I hope she continues with Real Estate.....who knows when I may require to buy or sell in the future.
