Firstly, I would like to thank Danielle & Todd for their tireless efforts to secure my new property. We encountered a couple of challenging issues along the way, but everything was managed in a truly professional manner. I have no reservation recommending the Utley's to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

Dealing with Todd was a pleasure from the beginning to the end. We were able to secure the home we wanted and Todd helped make that happen. He remembered us from earlier home-open inspections... including what we were looking for and where we were coming from. He kept thing simple, but didn't lose sight of the timelines or details. Thanks to Todd and his team.

We knew where we stood and what was required to sell our home of 25 years thanks to Todd. He gave us tips on how to present our home to potential buyers so that they could easily envisage its suitability, to enable them to confidently make an offer. We (Todd) sold our home on the first Home Open!

We found Todd attentive and he understood our needs and wants. We met Todd quite a few times whilst viewing homes and he always remembered who we were and what we wanted and advised us accordingly. He recommended a Settlement Agent which ran very smoothly. We would recommend Todd to others whether they were selling or buying.

Very trustworthy and an excellent communicator. I would not hesitate to deal with Danielle Utley again and would be recommending her services to my friends as well. Thanks Danielle for all your help in getting my property settled so smoothly and in quick time too.

This is the second property we have bought in the past 5 years with Todd being the agent and both times he & Danielle were very easy to deal with. Good communication throughout the process. I find Todd a 'straight shooter' and honest and always know where I stand with him.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Todd and Danielle Utley. They are a very dynamic professional couple who offer a service like no other in Iluka, AAA+. S&B Kenny

We bought and sold our properties through both Todd and Danielle. I can honestly say if it wasn't for the both of them neither of our properties would have settled. We had our fair share of hiccups and they were all dealt with efficiently and respectfully. The knowledge that they have of the area and the business is exceptional. I would defiantly recommend these agents.

We recently purchased a property from Todd. He and his partner Danielle handled the sales process in a very professional and efficient manner. I would not hesitate to recommend their services if selling in Iluka

Having just been through a very stressful sale and purchase process, with Todd and Danielle representing me in the sale and being the agents from whom I purchased my new home, I am delighted to recommend them as agents at both ends of the process. Their integrity, professionalism and composure (which is mirrored by their excellent team, Esmari and Caroline particularly) made an enormous difference during an incredibly difficult period, and I am hugely grateful to them all for their support and efficiency.

Todd and Danielle are the real estate King and Queen team of Iluka and surrounds. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Kept us on the positive persistent path throughout with the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one in Iluka.

We have had the pleasure of buying and selling several times with Todd and Danielle Utley and Peard Real Estate and cannot speak highly enough of the professional service they provide from beginning to end. They always get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. We strongly recommend them if you're looking for an excellent reliable agent to sell or help you buy a property.
