WOW!!!!! So easy, so happy, so quick!!!!!! We were sold on Todd's professionalism as soon as he walked in the door and opened his mouth.We had a few other agents come to our house as well but Todd definitely made us feel confident in his ability to sell our house. He was realistic in setting the RIGHT price which we had asked him to be, so wasnt over inflated like some agents tend to be in order to get the listing.
