We bought and then sold with Danielle and the Utley team. As area specialists would not look to any other real estate team. Danielle is an exceptional realtor beyond the scope to become your new best friend answering all queries and ensuring you are happy with the process. From the small details to the big questions she will help you along the journey ensuring the sale goes through holding your hand every step of the way.

Made buying a property a lot easier and hassle free than any time I’ve purchased elsewhere, great service

Realmark was excellent in the purchasing of our new home. Danielle really showed her professionalism in securing the house for us. Answered every question we had and her communication was brilliant. Danielle made the whole ordeal of purchasing a house very easy. Monique was excellent too helping us with other matters. Special thanks to Danielle and Monique as these were the people we dealt with. Spoke to Todd in the beginning and he made us very comfortable about going with Realmark

Todd and his team were great to work with. Todd and his team were professional throughout the whole process from first inspection, negotiations and post settlement. Would happily deal with team Todd again.

Todd, Monique and Danielle exceeded our expectations. They were instrumental in our home buying journey. Great communication and personal service. A wonderful team to have in your corner at a time where it matters the most.

Todd was excellent selling our home and we couldn't have asked for anything more. He understood how important a house sale is, even though he's selling all the time, we felt he really got what a big deal it is to the individual seller. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently and achieved a great result after one home open. As well as Todd, Danielle and Monique form a great team with wide knowledge on the whole process. Highly recommended and we'd definitely use Todd again

When Todd was working on our offer to purchase at 11pm Sunday we knew we could not have asked for a better deal & agent. We thanked Todd for dedicated assistance & his reply was my pleasure Jan I'm happy you have finally found your dream home. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone as their service is above standard.

Realmark was so easy to deal with as we purchased our new home in Burns beach. They made the purchase for us run so smoothly and ensured all of our questions were answered. Thanks Todd & Monique!

The whole process worked smoothly … To start with, the first meet we had we could tell Todd’s market knowledge was exactly what we were looking for … the home open then the feedback was very very clear … then Monique was introduced to help with the settlement side of the transaction and the way Monique went about her process gave us the confidence all would work out as planned … thanks guys

Todd was very easy to deal with and always professional. He sorted out the few minor issues that arose without any fuss.

Todd was very helpful and professional through the whole process, and we are happy with the service we received from the Real Mark Coastal Thanks Todd and Monique 😊

Great knowledge of the ILUKA and Burns Beach markets. Todd and Danielle were always approachable for insights and opinions. The one thing that impressed me most was when it looked like things were turning bad for us, they both remained positive throughout. Like they knew our buyer was just around the corner. Would highly recommend. Should also mention their PA Monique for being a delight to deal with. Thanks guys!
