We chose the Utley team on the recommendation of other clients and they certainly met and exceeded our expectations. They were efficient, communicative and considerate. They went out of their way to assist in anything we needed done prior to settlement. Thank you. Happy vendors! Vicki & Jeff

We have recently Sold and Purchased a new property using Danielle and Todd as our agents, The Communication from start to finish was fantastic and our house sold on the first home open. I would highly recommend Team Utley as they are very professional and made the whole process a breeze. Thanks guys

We had an amazing experience with our real estate agent who made our first home purchase so easy and calming. Was always quick to respond and never had any issues answering any of our countless questions. Would definitely recommend!

Todd provided very efficient service. The whole process was simple and stress free. He knows his stuff. He gave us advice how to prepare the home and, at the beginning, set the target price and predicted settlement date with very high accuracy. He kept us informed at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with Todd. We will be selling another property in 2 years time, and we know whom to call.

Monique veletta assisted us with the purchase and was helpful and polite.

Team Utley (Todd, Danielle and Monique) have sold three houses for us over the years. First class service, so professional, very honest and always available to answer any questions. Thank you Team Utley - we cannot recommend you highly enough.

We were incredibly pleased with the service we received from Todd and Danielle Utley throughout our journey of selling our home and buying our new one. The home buying process can be daunting but they were with us every step of the way. They understood exactly what we were looking for, had exceptional knowledge of our area and helped us find our dream home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic real estate service.

We have known Todd for years so we knew his work ethics, attitude and of course his wonderful reputation. From the start of our journey Todd was there to answer all our questions and put any worries at ease. Todd, Danielle and Monique are a fabulous team who keep you in the loop throughout the process, from organising home opens at times that suit you, happy to do private viewings at a time to suit buyers and you feel you can leave your property in their safe hands at all time. We would highly recommend Todd and his team to anyone thinking of selling their property. Moving can be a stressful time so choose Team Utley!

We have recently bought a property in Iluka and Danielle was an absolute superstar. We bought the property while not in Perth so had to fully trust Danielle and her team. They provided us with great advice, assisted us with processes we did not yet understand and was honest throughout the transaction. Would highly recommend Danielle and team!

After dealing with Danielle when we bought our home and being so impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and ease to deal with we didn't think twice when it came time to sell again and called her straight away. She is there for you every step of the way, really takes her time to explain things for you and we felt more than confident with her abilities, getting us exactly what we wanted while managing our expectations and even guided us a lot with the house we were looking to buy. She also has a lot of connections being in the industry for so long and we completely trusted her recommendations with things like the finance broker and building inspector, both of whom we were also really impressed with and spoke highly of both Todd and Danielle. She puts everything into her work and it really shows, thank you Danielle - you were a breath of fresh air at a stressful time. Cannot recommend more, you will not be disappointed.
