We needed to sell very quickly and Tom's teams made a fast campaign possible. Between Tom, Ready to List and Two Birds Styling we got our place prepared for sale within a week and listed a day later. Throughout the campaign Tom kept us informed after each inspection and was always available for questions. We were always reassured by Tom's professional but friendly demeanour and when auction day approached, Tom's experience was evident. Thank you and Mery Christmas to Tom and the Newtown Buxton Team.

Tom was professional, knowledgable, consistent, personable and trustworthy. Thanks Tom!

We had an outstanding experience working with Tom Butters on the sale of our home. From start to finish, he was incredibly honest, responsive, and offered invaluable advice that made the process smooth and stress-free. His marketing campaign was spot-on, drawing in the right buyers, and thanks to his efforts, we sold the house in just five weeks! We highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a professional who truly knows the market and has his clients' best interests at heart. Thank-you for everything!

Tom was diligent and professional is what was a tough market. He remained positive and ended up with a good result.

We are very happy with the service that Tom did for our house sales in Grovedale. From the first catchup until after sales, Tom and his team member, Simone, did a wonderful job and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

Tom is a strong communicator and always kept us abreast of what was happening with our property. His has a solid understanding of the market and provides realistic pricing , it may not always what you want to hear but if you want to sell a property in a good timeframe then his guidance is well worth listening to. At general level an easy going person but someone who worked hard for us to achieve our price.

Tom was friendly and knowledgeable and very contactable throughout the entire process. As a first time seller he explained everything in good detail. He came recommended from friends of ours and I would definitely recommend him to other friends and family if they were selling.

At all times Tom was professional and personable. We were selling an estate property, and Tom was able to advise the best way to present the property. His communications were prompt and kept us advised of developments. We would recommend Tom for people looking for good market knowledge, excellent communication and a professional presentation.

Tom and the Buxton team are highly recommended. From the start Tom put our nerves at ease and delivered on what he proposed. Tom is a great and honest communicater which made it a pleasure to connect with. He also knows the market well. Thanks again Tom!

We have had great success both buying and selling thanks to Tom Butters. He helped us to find the dream home for our family (twice) and sold our property above expectations. Tom made what can be a daunting process as either purchaser or vendor simple, smooth and enjoyable. He is a very personable, honest and transparent agent. His communication is excellent and he achieves fantastic outcomes while being fair and reasonable to all parties involved. He has exceptional market knowledge and connections within the Geelong region and we can’t recommend him and his team enough.

We are so glad we chose Tom as our agent to sell our first home. He was honest and helpful, positive even with some usual circumstances around selling, communicated with us regularly and clearly worked really hard to find the right buyer. Thank you Tom, you did a sensational job!

Tom was incredibly helpful when it came to selling our property in Highton- he had a wealth of knowledge which was clear from the outset, but was so easy, personable and friendly to deal with, which made the whole experience from beginning to end, a very positive one. Tom also had a wonderful EA Jeanie who kept us up to date with important dates and milestones to remember - a great team! Tom got us an outcome we were extremely happy with - we would highly recommend!!!
