We enjoyed all our interactions with Tom, Jeanie and the team as they guided us through the auction process, and selling of our family home. Tom was friendly and approachable and kept us regularly updated along the journey. We would highly recommend him as an agent to others…

Tom and his team offered incredible insight, guidance and professionalism selling our home. We trusted Tom throughout the entire process and he also helped us find us a new house to call home. Thanks Legend!

Keeps you up to date all the time. Always available and very responsive. Would definitely sell with Tom again.

Tom gave exceptional service and advice. I thought selling my mother's home would be a difficult procedure but Tom made it such an easy process. His knowledge of the area and the market was second to none. I couldn't be happier.

Choosing Tom Butters to sell our house was the best decision we made. We knew Tom had an impeccable reputation partnered with a vast array of knowledge within the industry. He had an acute perception on the current market and kept our needs at the forefront of the entire campaign working tirelessly to achieve a result. Tom is an ethical and personable professional. He is also quite simply a brilliant human being. Relentless in his efforts to achieve the desired result. His colleagues also deserve to be commended. They are seamless professionals. We would highly recommend Tom to anyone seeking to employ the very best agent and we thank him for providing our family with such unwavering support throughout the process.

Everything was effortless. It was so easy from start to finish and Tom reached my asking price in 5 days. I felt like I had a team working with me to achieve my goal. Can't speak highly enough about my experience.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my fathers property in Newtown .. Tom was very professional.. He and Jeanie made a wonderful team .. Tom found a couple of buyers and the property was sold quickly .. Jeanie helped with everything.. She was more than helpful with organising painting , carpet, cleaning and rubbish removal .. I highly recommend Buxton to sell your property, you won’t regret it !!!!

We had our property rented through Buxton so when it came time to sell we decided to stick with them. Tom was able to advise us on the best way to present the property and the most beneficial method of sale which for us meant an auction. His local knowledge of the area meant that his price expectations were realistic. His communication and advice was excellent throughout the process. A great result was achieved and we were very happy vendors!

I highly recommend Tom Butters as a real estate agent. From the beginning he was approachable, diligent and honest. He advised us well all along the journey. We have already engaged him again for the sale of another property

Although 19 layton crescent was a reluctant sale as our family home, we instantly knew Tom was the agent for us. He is the ultimate professional , his knowledge of homes and properties in newtown is exceptional and he sets realistic goals in what was an unsteady market in March 2023. A very likeable fellow, he strives for the best possible result for his vendors without all the BS and bignoting that sometimes comes across in the real estate industry. We were so impressed with his auction skills, had the crowd in his capable hands, and it showed in an outstanding result for us. Future vendors should go and watch Tom in action, it's a sight to behold! I can and already have recommended Tom and his amazing team to anyone looking to sell their properties. Thankyou again Tom, the family are all so grateful.

We were nervous about selling our home and were foreign to the process. Tom gave us support to help us make decisions to suit our needs. His patience ensured we weren’t ever feeling pressured and was always a phone call away. Thanks Tom!

I highly recommend Tom more than words that can. He was absolutely amazing when I had to sell my mums home after she had a stroke. His understanding and patience in a difficult situation was so appreciated. He is an honest, trustworthy and efficient agent. I can’t thank Tom enough for his help with this situation.
