Tom Carola helped my husband and I to secure our perfect house in Canberra. Having already missed out on three others, as soon as we saw this one in Nicholls we asked him if we could view it prior to the first opening. That was not a problem for Tom. He met us at the house as planned, despite it being terrible wet, cold and windy weather. What a charming and knowledgable young man! He spoke Chinese with my Chinese-born husband, making him feel very welcome, and we discovered that Tom speaks five languages. Tom was very knowledgeable about the details of the property and region.
