We called in Tom to check on a horrendous bank valuation for some refinancing we were chasing over a decade ago. Tom gave us great advice even though we were not ready to sell at the time he was generous and giving with his time. We started preparing our house using Tom’s advise for the last 10 years and he checked in about once a year, by the time it came to putting the house on the market we felt prepared and well ahead of the game all thanks to the great advice and follow up from Tom. When it came time to sell Tom and Nat were our 1st and only call, we had built a strong relationship and trust over many years. As expected, the whole pre sale, home open and follow up post sale was extraordinary and was well above expectations.
