We started preparing our house using Tom’s advise for the last 10 years and he checked in about once a year, by the time it came to putting the house on the market we felt prepared and well ahead of the game all thanks to the great advice and follow up from Tom. Don did an amazing job behind the scenes gathering potential buyers leading up to the sale of our home. We knew the market was hot and expected to get a fairly good offer. A private viewing was arranged where 9 parties came through. Multiple offers were presented shortly thereafter, some exceeding our expectations. We sold our home with the one viewing and without the need for an 'open home'. If you're looking for someone that does the very best for his client, where nothing is too much trouble, and can get you the best outcome, Don is your agent.

Selling is stressful at any time, even more so when a family have other considerable health-related stressors. There was no pressure from Don. He worked with whatever we wanted to do, and however we wanted to do it. He had leave planned during our sales period, which we knew of in advance, and during this time, we worked with his colleague, Paul Rayner, who was also exceptional. Paul also offered support as we purchased our new home (not his listings). Of note, the professionals' sales contracts were well thought out and explicit. We looked at other contracts during our transition to a new home, and they were often lacking, placing purchasers at risk. When both parties are not clearly informed of their rights and obligations under a contract, issues can arise. When we discovered our previous settlement agent had retired, we requested a referral and were provided one. The agent (Paul) openly declared CoI in making the referral. This was refreshing as we found the industry generally lacks transparency and ethical conduct, for example, many agents failing to declare financial interests in the homes they are selling OR flipping, not responding to inquiries or not presenting offers. Overall, we were happy with the service we were provided by this professional team. You don't survive in the industry for as long as Don and Paul have without knowing what you are doing and doing it well.
