It’s hard to put it into words I’ve never dealt with someone who has been so easy to get on with so genuine and helpful even after the sale went through he kept in touch with us every few days and didn’t disappear into the hills like some Agents do. I think it’s probably because he thoroughly enjoys the job and isn’t sadly motivated by money. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for him even though he had to travel 40 minutes every time he came to see us. Every single phone call was answered promptly any messages left where returned in a few minutes compared with some agents I’ve spoken with recently who didn’t even bother to get back to me at all. I can summarise by saying that if you don’t use Tom Dancer you’re missing out on a great opportunity to to have a first class agent and probably make a personal friend! Dealing with Tom has been the least stressful part of the whole selling process. We will miss him.

Tom had many challenges to face in the sale of our property but worked well obtaining a sale for us. I was a little disappointed with the time it took to publish photos online but do understand the difficulties Tom had. Thank you Tom for a job well done.
