Tom Figuero and Adam Scimone took time to explain their marketing strategy to us without pressuring us to accept their proposal. When we did accept it, Tom was always available to answer any queries we had, both by phone and when we visited the Belle Property office in Orange. Tom arranged for the Decorator firm to move in just before Christmas, and secured for us a special arrangement whereby the days over Christmas would not be part of the six weeks furnishing period. Although we had been concerned about the problems of selling a property in the period immediately after Christmas, we were very pleasantly surprised that there was an interested buyer on the first day of showing our house. Everything went very smoothly from then on d e look forward to settlement on 9 February, the same date as the settlement on the property we are purchasing.

In regards to the sales process: Adam Scimone is a highly professional agent who undertook his role with integrity, honesty, and diligence. The rating of four stars applies to Adam. In regards to property management: On another area of feedback, we have been renting a property, being 83 Icely Road, that Vicky Aveyard was managing for Ms. Kelley (owners last name with-held in case this is published) until just prior to our taking occupation of the premises in December 2022. We had visited the property prior to it being rented out and were aware of its condition. Kelley (the owner) is a family member. The condition of this property was left in very poor condition by the tenant managed by Vicky. We moved into a house that has taken considerable work to rectify, including damage being evident by cigarette smoke to walls & ceilings, broken cupboards, broken drawers, broken doors, broken screens, broken garage roller door, paint on other garage roller door, paint on driveway, paint on garage floor, the list continues. Kelley had eventually given-up, no longer wanting to liaise with Vicky. We feel it is important to raise this issue, as difficult as it is to raise. The property management issue above affected us as new tenants, and has caused us to rate the recommendation of Belle Property to others in the mid to low range. We are sorry this is the case but feel honest feedback is required.
