This was my first house sale and I was a little nervous as I’ve heard so many horror stories about selling agents after they’ve been signed on. I needn’t have been. Tom was excellent on all fronts. His communication throughout was excellent, he organised all the little fix up jobs required and negotiated everything with tenants in the house. We achieved a price I was very happy with in a few short weeks. I would absolutely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell.
