SOLD WITHIN 2 WEEKS

Tom took on our sale which was for a DHA leased property with the lease expiring in 2027 with another three year option. We thought it would take quite some time for a sale but it happened very quickly. Tom knows the market well and has contacts with buyers agents who assisted with the quick sale.
