tom kept us up to date very often through the lead up to and the auction very good ideas as to selling& prep for sale. Sale price was lower than expected but the covid had a big effect on outcome Tom was excellent on his handleing of the sale.

We achieved a great sale price constrained by an extremely short lead time heading into the Covid-19 Melbourne lock down. Tom is a well presented and knowledgeable real estate agent. We were very unsure of what would happen due to the pandemic restrictions and through many discussions we took Tom's advice on how he would engage bidders. We even had to bring the auction date forward to beat the lock down. The on-line auction was my first experience and it was better than an on-site auction in some ways. Tom sold our apartment for us during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic and still obtained a far higher price than we would have hoped for! He was extremely flexible and adjusted the property inspections to work with social distancing. He organised the auction to occur electronically which allowed for lots of people to attend it.
