Tom went out of his way to help us buy our apartment. Including finding and advising of upcoming propertys that suited our criteria. He arranged for inspections that suited our unusual work hours. On Christmas day, whilst travelling with his family he was able to complete the exchange of contracts. Tom Kralikas has arranged sale of our apartment in Brisbane's Inner City. The apartment had been tenanted by Tom's Agency and the sale was conducted "off-market" so that the tenants would not be unduly disturbed by the marketing campaign during their last weeks of occupancy. Tom had previously conducted a successful sales campaign in the apartment building and had made contact with a number of qualified buyers who had expressed their wish to live in the building. From this pool of buyers, Tom introduced two potential buyers to our property, with an offer being received for a very fair price and terms that matched our requirements.
