Listed our property with the team in July, and got a concrete offer in December, given the CBD Market in Brisbane there was not much traction. During this entire time never pressured in reducing price, to get a sale more of persistence/time approach and updates. Really appreciated the honesty throughout given some other agents were the complete opposite. Recommend to anyone who wants good service, with a proven track record in the Brisbane CBD.
