It took a very long time but eventually my property sold. I took a large loss in a depressed market but I other than advising my price was too high earlier, I don't think Tom could have done mush more. I had spent too much on the property to try to sell it.
After negotiating with a few real estate agents we came to the conclusion that Tom was an experienced and well informed agent to use for our sale. He was easy to deal with and very confident. Will recommend Tom to my friends any time.

Tom was great. We initially went with him because his appraisal was the best price, and he seemed genuine and honest. We did get the price we wanted, in a relatively short time (within a month), and I really liked the fact that he didn't bother updatiing us every time there was an offer below the asking price, he only contacted us for important communication. This was great. Once we accepted the offer it became all about the administrative side of things, Karen took over and she was very good and let us know everything we needed to do, which was fantastic as this is our first house sale. Excellent team, highly recommended.
I can highly recommend Tom to sell your property, and we can't thank him enough for all the help and guidance he gave us and how quickly our property sold! We had been in our house for 30 years with a thought to down sizing one day, and to our amazement our house sold within 1 week of the sign going up. My husband and I had never sold a house before and Tom was very supportive in not only selling our house but also helping us when we had questions re a property we had put an offer on.
