Selling my property with Tom was super stress free. Tom gave forthright advice on the sale price the property could achieve, backing this with evidence of a number of recent sales he had completed in the immediate area. Most of all though, it was his enthusiastic, honest discussion of the property that made me confident to choose Tom to sell the house, knowing that it would resonate with buyers as well. Putting the house on the market was a quick and trouble free process, with Tom providing sound guidance on marketing strategies appropriate to the property. A large number of attendees at the first ‘Open for Inspection’ resulted in several firm offers, seeing the house sold within one week for a price significantly higher than that suggested by other agents. Throughout the process, it was obvious how hard Tom was working to get a sale. I greatly appreciated his regular updates on how things were going and availability to answer any questions I had.
