Selling my property with Tom was super stress free. A large number of attendees at the first ‘Open for Inspection’ resulted in several firm offers, seeing the house sold within one week for a price significantly higher than that suggested by other agents. Throughout the process, it was obvious how hard Tom was working to get a sale. I greatly appreciated his regular updates on how things were going and availability to answer any questions I had.
