Great communicator, effective and personable

In a market that is a hard sell right now. Loyal, Tom came into my world and achieved everything that saw the sale of my house achieving all that I wanted. Tom doesn’t just turn up with pamphlets in hand and a for sale sign, he’ll run around with a vacuum, blower - anything you need help with to get your house ready for open house. He’s personable without being salesman like. A great communicator. I always felt like every query/concern was addressed and answered. After every open home, he’s feed back was descriptive and appreciated. He always went the extra mile. Even after my property sold and my daughter had something mailed to the house I sold by accident, Tom communicated with new owners for me - so my daughter could collect her package. Five stars!
