We first came across Tom Scarpignato about 5 years ago when we were looking to buy and while we never ended up buying one of his properties, he was a stand out because of his friendly, genuine nature and the way he nurtured buyers. When it came to selling our place there was no one else we wanted to call and it turned out to be the best decision.
