Being a real estate agent myself, I had a high expectation of the service required to obtain the best price for my home. I can honestly say, Tom far exceeded my expectations - which is a credit to Tom and to the rest of his Team. I always felt very confident in Tom’s ability and had complete trust in his recommendations. Tom’s communication was impeccable and I truly believe I would not have obtained the price I sold the property for, without him. His rapport with potential purchasers was second to none and his honest and concise communication to all parties (including myself) truly helped with the sale of the property.
