Our home went on the market before stage 4 lockdown with COVID-19, Tom and his team explained how they would market the property for it best sale. Then stage 4 came in and we were a bit worried that it couldn’t go on the market. Tom reassured us that every care would be taken with people entering our home . They wore masks and sanitiser wipes were available, they only allowed one person in our home at a time to give them one on one attention so they could have a good look and Tom was able to open and close doors and cupboards for prospective purchasers to see the house properly. Tom gave us feedback after every viewing , we felt extremely confident Tom and his team were doing there utmost for us and the sale. Tom’s knowledge of the local market was spot on also. We were very happy with the speed in which it sold and also extremely happy with Tom, nothing was to difficult he always returned calls promptly. His after sales service was very good , Tom even offered to assist us purchasing our next home, which was out of the area ( Country) and offered any advice all we had to do was ask .
