His reasoning between private sale and Auction was quite unique and absolutely accurate. My elderly parents were looking to downsize and sell their existing property. They had little knowledge of how to go about this and required a significant amount of guidance to get them through My parents had spoken to another agent, however after meeting Tom and Rob, had no hesitation in engaging them for the sale.
