Tom did a great job of getting the price and the settlement time I wanted. Then he did more than he needed to by removing a piece of old furnature from the house for me when he knew I would have trouble getting it done in time for settlement. If you want a very knowledgeable and helpful Agent I would recommend Tom.

Tom was the agent for the seller of the property we purchased. At the conclusion of our first inspection, Tom emailed further information about improvements made to the property which weren't immediately obvious on inspection. This was a turning point which ultimately saw us deciding to put in an offer. Throughout the negotiation, contract settlement and hand-over period, Tom was a true professional. We experienced a couple of unforseen delays and hiccups during the settlement process at our end, which were quite stressful at the time, however Tom's calm, compassionate demeanor was very reassuring. He kept everyone on the same page to ensure both vendors and purchasers were happy with the sale. Even though Tom was not our agent, I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone and I would entrust him to sell our house if we decided to move in the future. Tom is a hell of a nice bloke, great at what he does and very knowledgeable.
There didnt appear to be the same level of drive to sell our property as there was to sign us up. What was promised was only 50% delivered from previous experience in selling a property. There seemed that as there was no incentive to sell above reserve no extra effort was put in. Feedback was patchy and only negative even after they were informed of Feng Shui issues and how to overcome them etc. They didnt even get the blog they wrote about the house correct or promote the proximity to local schools, transport, hospitals and local shopping centres which includes Knox City. All they focused on was the abundance of parking for families! We did not see any advertising in local papers as promised during the campaign either and we looked. Very disappointed. Will not recommend or use again. We ended up settling on a price after Auction but feel we could have done better with another agent. Lesson learned!!
