After meeting with a number of agents, I chose Tom and I'm so glad I did! Tom was extremely knowledgable about the market and provided me with ideal advice. He was entirely transparent and was constantly in contact with me during the entire sale process. The sale was fast and an ease thanks to Tom. I can't recommend Tom enough.

Was informative, Professional and helpful. Went out of his way to help at all times. My only negatives would be potentially losing a sale by having the house on the market without the section 32. Also leaving the key safe on a property when not required after sale.

I bought 2 Eildon St. Ferntree Gully through Stockdale and Leggo back in 2013. Tom Tsiagalos did a great job of selling the property and its potential to be subdivided, but at the same time secured a very good price for the vendor. After subdividing the property, I decided to sell the unit and land through Tom (and Robert Spano) as I liked his local knowledge and that fact that 'he tells it like it is'. The advertising fees and commission for the sale were very competitive and money well spent. They sold the land very quickly and were able to secure a price far in excess of my expectations. Following this, they sold the unit quite quickly and at a good price. I would recommend Tom, Robert and the services of Stockdale and Leggo, Ferntree Gully, to all buyers and sellers in the area. I would use their services again if the opportunity arose.
