I needed to sell my house in Alkimos and saw Xceed Restate on FB. So decided to give it a go. Tom was the selling agent and I couldn’t praise him anymore. I had tenants in the place that had not left it clean so it delayed the photo shoot. Not a problem at all, nothing was ever a problem. The house was a shared house with myself and my late husbands estate. I was worry about this being part of a deceased estate but not a problem at all. The house went on the market on the Friday and was sold the following Thursday. Wow 7 days at the price I wanted. All up with settlement it took 45 days Selling my Joondalup unit in about a month and no hesitation at all in getting Tom as the selling agent again. Tom certainly made a great impression and was attentive and knowledgeable through the sale. Was left extremely disappointed that when purchasing a 1.7 million dollar property the handover service was lacking and not to receive a small gift was something I have never experienced in all my property deals. Further after the sale more discrepancies and issues found without care or action from Tom. Would definitely not have further dealings with Tom or Xceed Real Estate in the future!!
